After the 9th Shanghai food exhibition successfully concluded, the organizing committee has preparing tightly for 2015 exhibition, the last three-day exhibition attracted more than 30,000 visitors at home and abroad, more than 500 on-site exhibitors had a pleasant conversation with the visiting audience ,and many viewers are in detailed consultation with their favorite products.
The interviewers coming from "CCTV 7",”Shanghai Dragon TV” and "Zhejiang TV," are also busy with enjoying themselves. All kinds of new, unique products have been recorded in the photographer's lens. Registration at the site of the next exhibition are busy with consulting people all the times. Exhibitors and visitors have in common that the show did reach a great success. Committee also declared that it did achieved the expected effect.
After the end of the show we are dedicated to do an interview for the exhibition organizing committee , the interviewee is the director zheng who coming from the Shanghai Fubang Exhibition Services Ltd. And following are the consulting questions in details:
First, we asked : how the last show reached such good effects?
Director Zheng replied: Before the exhibition ,We asked the staffs to searching in advance the extensive professional cooperated partners including web media, newspapers, magazines; During the exhibition, living editing exhibition status and publishing online; After exhibition, we through SMS, e-mail, fax, wechat public platform uninterrupted published the exhibition information and arrange Baidu promotion. So that can make sure all visitors aware of our exhibition status all the times
Second, our reporter asked : in this case if the advertising cost will increased a lot ?
Director Zheng said: firstly , the enterprise holding the money coming from different places to visit our show just coz the trusting . So it’s our responsibility to make the exhibition perfect .Our purpose is building the brand itself instead of making money . We will make the best profit to each exhibitors and achieve the best effect to them too.
Third, what’s your planning for next exhibition ?
Our next exhibition will be held on 16-18 October 2015 in Shanghai Everbright International Exhibition Center, Different with the previous exposition, we will add two special product exhibition areas which will be separate clearly .Exhibition areas including previous imported food and beverage area; high-end drinking water area ;healthy edible oil area, green organic food area, high-quality rice and grain brand area. Till now, also increased old Chinese food and Chinese intangible cultural heritage area. Exhibition area also increased a lot compare with previous. And also, we planning to strengthening the exhibition publicity. We want to make our own characteristics and our own brands.
