ACE Bakery, L.L.C. has opened a 60,000-square-foot bakery in Gaffney that will allow the company to continue to supply artisan baked bread, including baguettes, bread and rolls, to retail and food service sectors throughout the United States, with a focus on the East coast.
The bakery is designed to produce par-baked bread. Eventually it will produce bread 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year. At full capacity the bakery will be able to make 32 million baguettes a year. With fu
